the "People's Party"
and the Super Delagates

If I was a democrat I would be felling like Cinderella putting out signs and manning the phones for the Ugly Sisters Super Delegates.

The so called (self defined) party of the working class does not trust it's member to select a candidate without a fail safe system for the party leadership. I mean they hand out "Super Delegate" status and voting rights to everyone who was a party big shot.

I just got this feeling that whomever the handsome prince (Baraka or Hillary) is that sweeps the Cinderellas off their feet and frees them from the campaign drudgery will be a wolf in sheep's clothing and the power brokers will remain in charge of the "Peoples Party".

...and the party never ends~

Gay Agenda struts into Sally Kern's District with film

This is Friday evening and with short notice (it is not on Bethany's calender) Saturday at 3Pm the Oklahoma County ( now called Metropolitan) Library System will allow the GLBT to promote their life style in your taxpayer supported library. Methinks they had inside help on this maneuver .It is obvious that the Bethany Library was selected as part of the Gay/Lesbian/Bi-sexual/Transgendered hate campaign against Rep. Sally Kern as it is located in the heart of her district. Surely advance notice of this gathering of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and other sexual preference activists to show off their marketing film for this aberrant life style should have been given. Surely parents have the right to expect that their child will not be exposed to life styles they consider aberrant at a once trusted institution such as a library. Perhaps those days are over and libraries should be privatized. Someone in this system needs to take a deep breath and smell God's common sense roses.

A viewer of the film said... "families held the belief that homosexuality is a sin until they had a child who is homosexual. I wonder if their children were to grow up to be thieves, would it now be ok to steal? What if they were liars or murderers? Jesus said in Matt. chapter 10 verse 37, “He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” We all want to see our children go to heaven, but we as parents can’t get them there. God will judge them by his standards regardless of much it breaks our hearts. Pray for your children. The Lord is long suffering. He may still bring them to repentance."

Oklahoma Country's Metropolitan Library system needs to remember they are funded by mostly tax paying voting Christians in the heart of the bible belt and get off this Politically Correct Bandwagon they have been on for a decade.

Repost from Dick Morris
Hillary's biggest mistake

HILLARY'S BIGGEST MISTAKEBy DICK MORRIS
Published on TheHill.com on April 2, 2008.Printer-Friendly Version

What worked for P.T. Barnum didn't do as well for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.). When the great showman said, “Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people,” he unknowingly anticipated the fundamental assumption that underlay the campaign of the first woman seriously to contend for the presidency. But however correct Barnum's observations may have been about the circus audiences of years ago, it has proven a flawed premise for a 21st century presidential campaign.From the very beginning of her solo political career, Hillary Clinton has manifested a consistently low opinion of the intelligence of voters. Sometimes the bet has paid off — as when she tried to convince New Yorkers that she wanted to become one of them (when, in fact, she would have run in Montana had there been a vacancy). But lately, it hasn't. Her entire decision to predicate her campaign on the basis of her so-called “experience” reflected a belief that she could put one over on us by co-opting Bill's experience and making it her own. So enticed was she by the prospect of attacking Obama for his lack of tenure in federal office that she didn't stop to notice that she didn't have much more than he did and could only make her point by exaggerating her role in her husband's administration. Small matter. She was so confident that she could pull off the deception that she premised her entire campaign on her ability to do so.In all matters but the most personal, Bill Clinton never played down to voters. His 1992 campaign mantra — the need for a New Democrat — addressed frankly the failures of the party for the past two decades. Facing globalization, he didn't talk down to the electorate but explained the nature of the new situation and articulated the ways in which we had to become competitive to meet it.But Hillary always tries to put one over on us. She refused to release her financial records and tax returns and figured we'd never notice. She spoke vaguely of her sympathy with those who wanted to issue driver's licenses to illegal immigrants and bet that the media would never force her to articulate a real position.Hillary tried to make her insistence on mandatory health insurance the lynchpin of her differences with Obama and assumed that she would never have to explain how she would enforce it. Her campaign was funded by lobbyists — and Obama's was not — but she guessed that it would never become an issue. She and Bill kept dropping hints about racial issues in the campaign, but they decided nobody would call them on it.Mrs. Clinton believed that she could support the Iraq war until moments before her presidential candidacy began and that the anti-war movement would welcome her as one of their own anyway.The Clintons' entire approach to this campaign season was based on learning the wrong lessons from their political history. They survived the Lewinsky imbroglio, the pardons scandal, and the theft of White House gifts and assumed they were bulletproof. They confused our forgiveness with gullibility and came to feel that they could get away with anything. When Hillary won her Senate seat in New York, after Giuliani dropped out and Lazio could offer only nominal opposition, she believed she could sell voters any kind of chimera and they would fall for it.But she assumed wrong. We saw through her claims of experience and followed her twists and turns on Iraq. We realized that she was being propped up by lobbyists and special interests as a phony brand of change. And when we saw the real kind of change offered by Obama, we backed his candidacy.

Concerned Women for America are concerned
about radical Homosexual Agenda

The radical Homosexual Agenda which was heatedly denied even existed by the GLBT (gays, lesbians, bi-sexuals, transgendered and other sexually transmitted preferences) in the recent attacks on Representative Sally Kern has come to the attention of the largest advocacy group for family values in our country.
In a recent mail piece from CWFA
Quote:
Unmasking The “Gay” Agenda 2/13/2008By J. Matt Barber
Balance of Power
Americans who self-identify as “gay” or lesbian comprise roughly one to three percent of the population. Yet the homosexual movement — led by extremist homosexual pressure groups like the so-called Human Rights Campaign (HRC) — represent, per capita, one of America’s most powerful and well-funded political lobbies. Consider that HRC and the HRC foundation alone have an annual budget in excess of 50 million.
Through a carefully crafted, decades-old propaganda campaign, homosexual activists have successfully cast homosexuals — many of whom enjoy positions of influence and affluence — as a disadvantaged minority. They have repackaged and sold to the public behaviors which thousands of years of history, every major world religion and uncompromising human biology have long identified as immoral and sexually deviant.
The Goal
As with every major political movement, the homosexual lobby is pushing a specific agenda. It is often called the “gay agenda.” At its core is a concerted effort to remove from society all traditional notions of sexual morality and replace them with the post-modern concept of sexual relativism. That is to say, when it comes to sex, there is never right or wrong. All sexual appetites are “equal.” If it feels good, do it.
Ultimately, the homosexual lobby’s primary objective is to radically redefine our foundational institutions of legitimate marriage and the nuclear family by unraveling God’s natural design for human sexuality. In so doing, they hope to elevate their own spiritual and biological counterfeit and establish a sexually androgynous society wherein natural distinctions between male and female are dissolved.
This creates cultural and moral anarchy.
Plan of Attack
Ironically, sexual relativists are anything but relative. They are quite affirmative in principle. But the principles they foist demand comprehensive acceptance of homosexual conduct — by force of law — through federal edicts such as “hate crimes” legislation, the so-called “Employment Non-Discrimination Act” (ENDA) and by imposing government sanctioned “same-sex marriage.” All such government mandates grant special protected “minority” status to those who define themselves by aberrant sexual preferences and changeable sexual behaviors. These laws put people with traditional values directly in the crosshairs of official government policy.
Throughout society, homosexual activists demand that homosexual behaviors not only be “tolerated,” but celebrated. (That’s what the euphemistic slogan “celebrate diversity” supposes). They have masked their true political agenda by hijacking the language of the genuine civil rights movement and through the crafty and disingenuous rhetoric of “tolerance” and “diversity.”
Anyone who believes the Biblical directive that human sexuality is a gift from God, to be shared between man and wife within the bonds of marriage, is branded “homophobic,” “hateful” or “discriminatory.” They are to be silenced by all means possible.
In Their Own Words
What you are about to read is just a quick, though disturbing, glance behind the homosexual lobby’s lavender curtain.

What happened to "telling the truth"

While this is by far the most entertaining presidential political campaign in my 71 years it is not the most truthful.

The candidates have used untruth and innuendo as they frame the message of the moment.

Some not all of the things that the "media designated clown" congressman from Texas said are certainly true but the media ignored them
. Even our heir apparent to the "Bush third term" has slid down the slippery slope of Fabrication Mountain. On the democratic side both the surviving aspirants have so checkered their campaign rhetoric it is hard to find anything solid in their words.

Our only hope is that we have in place in the government patriotic Americans who will help clear the view for the winner of the Oval Office and set the Nation on a safe course.

Perhaps we need to unseperate Church and State and let morality seep over from the Sunday pews to the political podium.

The end of Affirmative Action

Baraka Hussien Obama, Jr. who benefited from US affirmative action laws even tho he had not one drop of American slave blood blew the sour note on this program that caught the attention of those were being discriminated against..."People of Little Color".
When BHO's pastor's anti-white raciest remarks bounced around the media it brought to the attention of the majority that you cannot buy forgiveness for the enslavement sins of two centuries ago with money. Pre-Obama the USA had been trying to make amends for the guilt whites and almost whites felt for the horrible injustice done to Americans of Color in the beginnings of this country and the slow pace of full acceptance of them in main stream America.
Baraka Hussien Obama, Jr. and his raciest pastor exposed the hate preached by black clergy toward people of white. Prior to this public exposure most people thought only hatemongers like Jesse Jackson were rabid exploiters of the subliminal resentment of white prosperity.
After this most people will judge everyone on the merits of personal self attainment and affirmative action will gradually fade into the past like the graveyard of failed socialist one size fits all programs.

CAGW’s 2008 Pig Book Digs Up $17.2 Billion in Pork

CAGW’s 2008 Pig Book Digs Up $17.2 Billion in Pork

Washington, D.C. - Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) today released the 2008 Congressional Pig Book, the latest installment in an 18-year exposé of pork-barrel spending.

“When Congress adopted earmark reforms last year, there was hope that the number and cost of earmarks would be cut in half. By any measure, that has not occurred,” said CAGW President Tom Schatz.

In fiscal year 2008, Congress stuffed 11,610 projects (the second highest total ever) worth $17.2 billion into the 12 appropriations bills. That is a 337 percent increase over the 2,658 projects in fiscal year 2007, and a 30 percent increase over the $13.2 billion total in fiscal year 2007. Alaska led the nation with $556 in pork per capita ($380 million total), followed by Hawaii with $221 ($283 million) and North Dakota with $208 ($133 million). CAGW has identified $271 billion in total pork since 1991.

For the first time, the names of members of Congress were added to the projects. The top three porkers were members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, beginning with Ranking Member Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) with $892 million; Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) with $469 million; and Senator Richard Shelby (R-Ala.) with $465 million.

The Pig Book Summary profiles the most egregious examples, breaks down pork per capita by state, and presents the annual Oinker Awards. All 11,610 projects are listed in a searchable database on CAGW’s website www.cagw.org. Examples of pork in the 2008 Pig Book include:

$3 million for The First Tee;
$1,950,000 for the Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service;
$460,752 for hops research;
$211,509 for olive fruit fly research in Paris, France;
$196,000 for the renovation and transformation of the historic Post Office in Las Vegas;
$188,000 for the Lobster Institute in Maine; and
$148,950 for the Montana Sheep Institute.

“Americans do not send their hard-earned tax dollars to Washington so that Sen. Daniel Inouye can bring home $173 million in defense pork and receive the Pacific Fleeced Award or get sapped by $4.8 million going to wood utilization research, on which the government has spent $91 million since 1985,” concluded Schatz.

Citizens Against Government Waste is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement in government.

Universe Today - Astrophoto: The Ring Nebula by Stefan Heutz

Universe Today - Astrophoto: The Ring Nebula by Stefan Heutz: "Riding high in the northern sky near the bright white star Vega, the Ring Nebula is one of the most favorite deep sky objects targeted visually by backyard stargazers. It can be seen through telescopes with apertures as small as four inches. But larger telescopes can reveal the faint planet sized central star that created this night sky spectacle. The Ring Nebula was discovered about 200 years ago by French astronomer Charles Messier, an avid comet hunter, and made its way into his catalog used to keep track of false comets as item number 57.

Recent imagery by the Hubble Space Telescope has confirmed that the Ring Nebula is not spherical in shape; it is more like a tube that is slightly constricted in the middle so that it resembles a stretched hourglass. By chance alone, Earth is positioned so that we can look almost straight through from one end. Tubular shapes like this are common throughout the universe because thick disks of gas tend to expand outward very slowly leaving the material free to become extended perpendicularly. One of the other more spectacular examples of this shape is exhibited by the Little Dumbbell Nebula. It's located in the constellation of Perseus and is positioned so that we have a side view."The light we see left the Ring nebula 2000 years ago

Attack from China?

Electro-magnetic Pulse (EMP) attack
Can we afford to wait and see what the ChiComs do?

China and Russia are two potential US adversaries that have the capability for this kind of attack. An EMP attack can either come from an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM), a long-range cruise missile, or an orbiting satellite armed with a nuclear or non-nuclear EMP warhead. A nuclear burst of one (or more) megaton some 400 kilometers over central United States (Omaha, Nebraska) can blanket the whole continental US with electro-magnetic pulse in less than one second.

An EMP attack will damage all electrical grids on the US mainland. It will disable computers and other similar electronic devices with microchips. Most businesses and industries will shut down. The entire US economy will practically grind to a halt. Satellites within line of sight of the EMP burst will also be damaged, adversely affecting military command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR). Land-based intercontinental ballistic missiles will be rendered unserviceable in their silos. Anti-ballistic missile defenses will suffer the same fate. In short – total blackout. And American society as we know it will be thrown back to the Dark Ages.

Of course, the US may decide to strike first, but China and Russia now have the means of striking back with submarine-launched ballistic missiles with the same or even more devastating results. But knowing China's strategy of "active defense", when war with the US becomes imminent, China will surely not allow itself to be targeted first. It will seize the initiative as mandated by its doctrine by striking first.

China has repeatedly announced that it will not be the first to use nuclear weapons. But as an old Chinese saying goes: "There can never be too much deception in war." If it means the survival of the whole Chinese nation that is at stake, China will surely not allow a public statement to tie its hands and prevent it from seizing the initiative. As another saying goes: "All is fair in love and war."
After the detonation of the pulse bonb over the central USA we would be slung back into the 1920's in commerce and those who had access to horses and land could survive. Civil war would break out between those who had the means of survival and those who do not. "Head for the hills" might be the thing to do.
If we determine that Red China is a threat to our nation then it is imperative that our forces take out their capability to devastate us now!

The generations come and go from a Martin great great great grandfather who was born in Georgia and lived in Texas to his Martin descendant who lives in central Oklahoma the DNA marches on to the future. A day...a glorious day is coming!

Yes, "the crowning day is coming,"
and all heaven shall soon resound with the triumphant song, "Thou art worthy...for Thou wast slain and hast redeemed us to God by Thy blood" (Rev 5:9).
The shameful Cross will be followed by a glorious crown, and "every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
"Mighty Victor, reign for ever,
Wear the crown so dearly won;
Never shall Thy people, never
Cease to sing what Thou hast done.
Thou hast fought Thy people's foes;
Thou wilt heal Thy people's woes!"

Poem of my youth...composed on October 23, 2006

Tracks of a friend in the snow I have lain on the path of bone chilling fear ... watched as the death angel hovered near ... Midnight I rode the trail where black lion stalked ... my steed snorting his course stayed.. balked ... I lost my seat and the moon swirled around ... my head was the first to kiss frozen ground ... My body bounced down the Arbuckles crag ... the earth drank my blood and there I laid ... and dreamed the dream of death’s opening door ... of life unlived and path’s untracked with joy untasted ... my future my claim on living gone as I lay wasted ... but awareness came as light chased away the night ... My companion grazed close by had kept the cat away ... snow tracks around my death bed testified to his stay ... my shirt red soaked with life’s precious fluid staining the ground ... I drug my pain racked body to the saddle and started down ... past the still waiting mountain lion eyes peering from thick weeds ... the smell of my blood kept him waiting to quench his savage needs ... I looked back as he smelled my blood spilled in the snow where I lay ... then followed us for awhile before turning to find unguarded prey ... Danpatch went to equine heaven during the next season’s winter strife ... But in my dreams I still count the tracks of my friend who saved my life. . . jdm10/23/2006 based on a true occurrence with some literary license applied...My dad was a cowboy and Danpatch had been his favorite horse until he was retired to be my horse.
